Business Process Specialist

Duties Summary: Under the general directions of the AVP of Underwriting, analyzes company operations, organization, and systems in order to recommend solutions to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and support growth.  Drives design and delivery of strategies, transformative changes (i.e., SPIRE) Responsibilities: Assess company operations, organization, products, and systems for significant improvement opportunities including acquisitions/partnering opportunities Assess cost, benefit, and feasibility of  potential solutions and business opportunities Identify and articulate technology capabilities, challenges, and trade-offs to business units Engage business stakeholders and advocate on their behalf including decisions about technology investment Research, document, and articulate business goals and requirements for transformation projects Lead business activities (including planning, requirements, UAT, or OCM activities) for transformation projects Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field; minimum 7 years' related experience; an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be substituted

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
