Sr. Business Process Analyst

Duties Analyzes complex processes, products, and systems in order to deliver solutions to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and support growth (i.e., SPIRE).  Liaises with business units towards those goals. Responsibilities: Assess complex business processes, products, and systems for inefficiencies or improvement opportunities Research and articulate requirements for solutions to  complex inefficiencies or improvement opportunities Assess cost, benefit, and feasibility of potential solutions Identify and articulate technology capabilities, challenges, and trade-offs to business units Design and implement methods to validate new processes, products, and systems are operationally sound & effective to achieve desired business goals Assess impact of complex process, product, and system changes on people and organizations Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field; minimum 5 years' related experience; an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be substituted

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
