Senior Software Engineer - C++ and C#

A large financialinvestment services company is looking for a software engineer to join one of their many engineering teams. The company itself is large and is currently looking for forty engineers to grow and build out their engineering presence. Their biggest asset is their track record for employee retention; these are not replacement positions. The average turnover in the industry these days in the Greater Philadelphia Area is between twelve to eighteen months for software companies. This organization retains engineers for five to seven years on average. Quite impressive really in this market. The main reason they have accomplished this feat is their workplace environment. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
