Solutioning Sales Lead - NetSuite Services

This manager-level position is responsible for people management and sales enablement. May also be responsible for project oversight of staff augmentation projects.
Ensures that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Responsible for operational metrics and business results for assigned area of responsibility. Typically manages individual contributors and/or entry-level managers. Monitors consultant activities and performance on projects (e.g. read status reports, respond to staffing and availability issues, pro-actively seek out project performance reviews, etc.). May serve as project advisor for moderately complex engagements.
8 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the practice focus. Ability to travel as needed.

Summary:
The Sales Lead is responsible for partnering with Oracle NetSuite s Sales and Solution Consulting teams to sell NetSuite Professional Services solutions to customers within the Software Technology industry vertical. Specific responsibilities include managing a team of experienced Solution Principals that assist the Oracle NetSuite Sales team in qualifying, scoping, developing, presenting, and closing of professional services engagements with new and existing customers. The Sales Lead will have accountability for achieving quarterly revenue and bookings targets. This position will also have responsibility for maintaining and continually enhancing Oracle NetSuite s Professional Services Sales infrastructure, including methods, processes, templates, and tools.
Responsibilities include:
Achieve and Exceed Professional Services Bookings and Revenue targets
Optimize management of Professional Services pipeline to ensure attainment of quarterly bookings targets.
Support attainment of quarter revenue targets by delivering high quality Professional Services contracts/SOWs and by ensuring proper knowledge transfer to Oracle NetSuite delivery teams.
Attain quarterly Professional Services revenue targets
Increase the Value of the Oracle NetSuite Application for Customers
Partner with Sales Leadership and Account Executives in assigned verticals to promote user adoption and effective use of Oracle NetSuite products to support new logo acquisition
proposition, commitment, and capabilities of Oracle NetSuite professional services
Assist Prospects with mapping their budget & priorities to the scope and deployment strategy for new implementations
Meet with prospective Oracle NetSuite customers and articulate the value
proposition, commitment, and capabilities of Oracle NetSuite professional services
Manage and develop team of Solution Principals
Develop and manage a high-performing professional services sales team.
Allocate sales opportunities effectively to optimize performance.
Continually assess and develop skills for solution principals.
Maintain and enhance Professional Services Sales best practices infrastructure
Continually assess and identify improvements to Professional Services Sales methods, processes, templates, and tools.
Develop strong relationships with key leaders in the Oracle NetSuite Sales and
Solution Consulting organizations.
Interact frequently with other Professional Services Sales Practice Managers to share best practices.
Qualifications/Skills include:
Proven experience successfully leading Professional Services sales
cycles, including opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal
development and presentation, negotiation, and closing.
Experience creating and presenting Statement of Work for new and existing
customers
Experience developing cost estimates for Professional Services efforts as
well as presenting value propositions
Excellent customer relationship acumen; comfortable
interacting at the C level
Experience successfully delivering presentations via web conferencing
Excellent understanding of the software and high tech industry standard
business practices as related to core ERP processes
Implementation experience with financial applications, and a good
understanding of accounting principles
Experience with full life cycle implementations of ERP, CRM and/or eCommerce
applications desirable
Excellent communication including presentation, as well as interpersonal and negotiation skills
Cloud/SaaS solution architecture experience is a plus
NetSuite solution experience preferred, HOWEVER competing vendor platforms will be considered
A broad range of industry vertical exposure is preferred.
PMP certification preferred
