Responsible for developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develop and execute software test plans. Analyze and write test standards and procedures. Maintain documentation of test results. Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions. Design functional, integration, and regression test plans, build and execute manual and automated tests, and perform highly complex analysis for multiple products. Set cross-functional product testing standards. Analyze, evaluate, and plan methods of approach, and organize means to achieve solutions to complex problems.
Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, followed by seven years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or seven years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a QA analyst/engineer-related occupation. Experience must include:
1) Waterfall, V, Spiral, and Agile;
2) Design and implementation of automation frameworks;
3) Automation of manual test cases for regression and system testing;
4) Testing tools: QTP, LoadRunner, Selenium, Junit, and Oracle Automated Testing Suite;
5) Documentation of test plan, test strategy, test cases and test entrance criteria documents, preparation of test coverage and test kick off documents, and mapping of test cases to Requirement Traceability Matrix;
6) Analysis of user requirements and specifications;
7) Development of test plans and test scenarios;
8) VB Scripts, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, UNIX Shell Scripting, SAS, PL/SQL, and SOAP Web Services;
9) Logging, verifying, and tracking any bugs to closure in testing cycle using test management tools; and
10) Executing different types of tests such as Platform, System, Integration, Load and Regression for every product release.
