Need an experienced maintenance mechanic capable of handling entire maintenance and preventive maintenance for Bala Cynwyd buildings. This is a full time, salaried position with insurance and company sponsored retirement plan, vacation and a pleasant working environment. This a position for an individual who requires little or no supervision and has the ability to interface with tenants, vendors and suppliers. Valid drivers license and vehicle required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
