Dermatology Medical Receptionist
Bala Dermatology Bala Dermatology Bala-Cynwyd, PA Bala-Cynwyd, PA Part-time Part-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour Well-established Main Line Dermatology practice seeking a friendly, motivated, detail-oriented candidate that can work as part of an effective team as a receptionist.
The ideal candidate must be reliable, compassionate, and professional.
They must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
Must be able to multi-task and work well with others and have the ability to handle stressful situations if they should arise.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Greet patients Answer and route phone calls Schedule appointments Register new patients and update necessary records in EMR system Verify insurance and obtain referrals collect and record co pays daily batching of encounter forms Maintain confidentiality of all patient records other duties as assigned Training provided Experience in a Medical Office preferred.
Knowledge of insurance preferred.
