NetSuite Product Owner/Administrator

Job DescriptionMy client is a global leader in the luxury watch market and is transforming a multibillion-dollar luxury watch industry.
They have a deep understanding of the watch industry spanning decades and are now focused on building new technologies to connect watch enthusiasts from around the world.
They are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Functional NetSuite Product Owner/Admin to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and optimization of their NetSuite ERP system.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite system administration, including configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and user supportWork closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver effective solutions within NetSuiteDevelop and maintain detailed documentation of NetSuite processes, system configurations, customizations, and integrationsManage and execute the NetSuite release process, including the evaluation of new features and impact analysis of changes on existing processesCreate and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organizationTrain and support end-users, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of NetSuite functionalities and best practicesContinuously identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations, driving increased efficiency and effectiveness within the organizationCollaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed for system enhancements, integrations, and support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field3
years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration, configuration, and customizationIn-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, InventoryNetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent experience is highly preferredStrong understanding of business processes and requirements, with the ability to translate them into effective NetSuite solutionsExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skillsExperience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCovid-19 Vaccination for all on-site staff.
