The Hearth at Drexel is currently seeking Pool LPNs to join our enthusiastic team!The Hearth at Drexel is a premier retirement community in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
We take pride in our dedicated team members who support and care for our residents.
Our LPNs are responsible for direct nursing care to residents; to plan their care; to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by household staff and other nursing personnel; to monitor the performance of household staff, nursing and non-licensed personnel; provide education and counseling; perform counseling, educational, and corrective action as necessary; and complete performance evaluations.

Experience:
Must have a current LPN license.
Current CPR certification preferred.
Three years of experience in geriatric nursing.
Previous supervisor experience preferred.
