Job DescriptionThis position is Hybrid working from our corporate office in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
Position
Summary:
This position supports internal and external customers by providing general HR and HRIS guidance via phone calls, help tickets, and emails.
Maintains and organizes human resources information within the HRIS.
Monitors and processes transactions, ensuring the accuracy of information/data elements supplied.
Ability to work under limited supervision, continuously auditing HR related data and transactions to identify potential issues, notify stakeholders and ensure corrections are executed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Must have a strong understanding of HR related best practices and overall HR processing to advise customers on proper process.
Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly functional/technical understanding of ADP, Kronos (UKG) or other Time Tracking HRIS products.
Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
Ability to keep information confidential.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Auditing Coordinating Functional Analysis Human Resources Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
